Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. However, processing times may vary during busy periods or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates 

We offer flat-rate shipping for domestic orders within the U.S. Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination and the total weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may very depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Generally, domestic orders within U.S are delivered between 3-7 bussiness days after shipment. 

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. Our primary shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Sempervirens Gardening wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all tags are still attached to the garment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your retruned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
