Meet The Team
Carlos
CEO/Owner
Having experienced firsthand the challenges of poverty and working extensively in education and community outreach, Carlos has dedicated himself to lifting others up. He completed his Master's degree in 2020 and refuses to let any barrier stand in the way of progress, for himself or his team. Today, he guides Sempervirens Gardening LLC with humility, vision, and a deep passion for nature. His mission is simple: build a national landscaping company that creates opportunities and always delivers beyond expectations.
Luke
Team Leader
Luke brings over 10 years of experience in construction and equipment installation, with hands-on expertise in fences, decks, concrete, and irrigation systems. Known for his problem solving skills, attention to detail, and calm, solutions-focused approach, he works professionally while keeping interactions light and easy. Guided by strong work ethic and integrity, Luke is committed to bringing each customer's vision to life. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, art, music, and helping others however he can.
Jeremy
Team Leader
Jeremy brings strong leadership and hands-on experience to the Sempervirens team. As a former foreman of a landscape maintenance crew, he led a small team responsible for maintaining over 100 commercial and private properties. His passion for working outdoors work began in childhood, when family members brought him along to help with flooring, roofing, carpentry, and landscaping jobs. Jeremy is known for his clear communication, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Uriel
Garden/Landscape Assistant
Uriel is known across our team for his exceptional reliability, showing up ready to work in any weather, rain or shine. With previous experience in agriculture, he's spent years tending to fields, supporting seasonal harvests, and caring for farm landscapes, building a strong foundation in hard, honest, outdoor work. Uriel is a dedicated family man and proud grandfather. Outside of work he also brings creativity into his life as a singer in a local band.
Vincent
Garden/Landscape Assistant
Vincent has 3 years of experience in lawn care and garden maintenance, including mowing, pruning, hedge care, and equipment handling. He's known for showing up, working hard, and getting the job done right. Outside of work, he enjoys, hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with his family. His motto: "If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready."
